NEW SCULPTURES
I am having a wonderful time using the Ceramic Studio at the JCC Center in NYC.
After decades and decades, of sculpting on my own, hidden from the the world, I am finally learning how to glaze my work and firing my pieces.
SOFTNESS DRAWING SERIES
Oil Pastels on top of a coat of gold acrylic paint. Then I used an old fountain pen to draw on it.
CUTOUT DRAWINGS SERIES
Oil Pastels are the base for these drawings. Then I use a blank fountain pen and scratch the surface. I keep exploring this process as I truly enjoy it.
PAINTINGS
I guess I am trying to somehow bring my drawing into painting. I am still exploring though...
